Queens of Capital International is an independent risk intelligence and governance advisory firm focused on decision integrity in complex, high-exposure environments.

We exist to support boards, executives, principals, and capital allocators where decisions carry asymmetric risk and traditional controls do not surface the full picture.

Engagements are non-transactional, non-executing, and independent by design. The work centres on identifying systemic exposure, integrity gaps, and decision-level risk before outcomes harden.

Founder & Principal

Pascale Hennessey

Pascale brings over 15 years’ experience in leadership advisory roles spanning corporate, institutional, and cross-border contexts, as well as privately held and founder-led organisations — including early-stage, scaling, and long-standing private enterprises — with a consistent focus on risk mitigation, decision integrity, and independent judgement.

Her work has involved advising senior leadership and boards across multiple sectors, where the mandate is not operational delivery but the identification of exposure, misalignment, and failure points before commitments are made.

Over the past 6 years, her focus has included:

  • Counterparty and documentation risk assessment in international business dealings

  • Due diligence and integrity assessment in digital asset and blockchain-based environments

  • Governance-level review of proposed financial instruments, structures, and partnerships

  • Evaluation of credibility, feasibility, and incentive alignment in complex or opaque transactions

The common thread across sectors and engagements is the role itself:

A trusted, unconflicted voice of reason, engaged to highlight where risk is underestimated, where confidence is misplaced, and where walking away is the correct decision.

Nature of Experience

While client work is confidential and non-disclosable, Pascale’s experience includes:

  • Identification of single points of failure in proposed structures

  • Detection of fabricated or inconsistent documentation in cross-border dealings

  • Assessment of counterparty credibility where surface representations did not hold

  • Risk mitigation in blockchain-based payment and settlement systems

  • Board-level participation in independent risk determinations for complex engagements

In several long-standing advisory relationships, she has served as a recurrent independent risk assessor for senior principals and government-adjacent international business development entities, engaged specifically to review counterparties, documentation, and proposed arrangements before commitments were made.

In multiple instances, early intervention prevented exposure to fraudulent or structurally unsound proposals.

Engagement Ethos

Queens of Capital does not seek volume, visibility, or transaction throughput.

The work is selective by design and grounded in:

  • Independence of judgement

  • Conservatism in the face of uncertainty

  • Directness without agenda

  • Accountability through written determination

The company is engaged where the cost of being wrong materially exceeds the cost of independent assessment.
